4. Payments & Pricing
All prices listed are in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Payments can be made via credit/debit cards or other accepted payment gateways. Munch Cloud Express uses secure payment systems and does not store your card details.

5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. In case of delays, Munch Cloud Express will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are issued based on the refund policy provided in-app. Cancellations are allowed within a certain time frame, as per the brand’s or kitchen’s policy. Munch Cloud Express reserves the right to deny refunds if terms are violated.

• Do not use the platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
• Do not misuse the platform, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or data mining.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
