At Munch Cloud Express, we strive to deliver high-quality food and excellent service with every order. However, if you are not satisfied with your experience, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
    •    You received the wrong item(s)
    •    Your order was not delivered
    •    The food was significantly damaged or spoiled upon arrival
    •    The restaurant failed to prepare your order due to a system error or kitchen issue

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:
    •    Change of mind after placing an order
    •    Delays caused by weather, traffic, or user-entered wrong addresses
    •    Orders partially consumed
    •    Customization issues not clearly mentioned during ordering

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 minutes of order delivery or expected delivery time:

4. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds will be:
    •    Returned to your original payment method (card or wallet)
    •    Processed within 3–7 business days depending on your bank or provider

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled only if the kitchen has not yet started preparing your food. Once preparation begins, cancellations may not be eligible for full refunds.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute regarding a refund, our team will investigate the issue and respond within 48 hours. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on our assessment.

7. Policy Updates

We may revise this policy periodically. All changes will be posted on the app and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
